For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” used anywhere on this page shall mean Rev Technologies (“Rev”), having its registered office at No. 173, Bhavani Nagar, Ayapakkam, Chennai – 600077, Tamil Nadu, India. The terms “you”, “your”, “user”, “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who visits our website, accesses the Rev mobile applications or agrees to purchase from us.

• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website / Platform for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Your use of any information or materials on our website, Platform and/or product pages is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through our website / Platform meet your specific requirements.
• Our website and Platform contain material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the applicable copyright notice and these Terms.

• Any dispute arising out of use of our website / Platform and/or any purchase or engagement with us is subject to the laws of India, as further described in the section on Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
• We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

1) Introduction and Acceptance

1. The website revstore.in (the “Website”) and the Rev mobile applications (together, the “Platform”) are owned and operated by Rev Technologies (“Rev”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at No. 173, Bhavani Nagar, Ayapakkam, Chennai – 600077, Tamil Nadu, India.
2. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and the services made available through it. The terms “You”, “Your”, and “User” refer to any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform.
3. By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2) Changes to Terms

1. We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any change, you must stop using the Platform.

3) Role of Rev; Marketplace Nature

1. Rev operates an online marketplace that enables transactions between users and independent third-party sellers and/or service providers (“Sellers”). Rev is not a party to the contract between users and Sellers and does not own, produce, or endorse the products/services listed by Sellers unless expressly stated.
2. Unless expressly stated, Rev does not take title or possession of products. Delivery may be facilitated via third-party logistics partners or delivery agents. Any contract of sale is a strictly bipartite contract between you and the Seller.

4) Eligibility

1. The Platform is intended for users who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent/guardian.
2. We may suspend or terminate access where legally required or where you violate these Terms.

5) Account, Registration, and Security

1. You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact in Section 21 if you suspect unauthorized use.

6) Permitted Use; Prohibited Conduct

1. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. You shall not:
   1. misuse, disrupt, or overburden the Platform or interfere with other users;
   2. upload or transmit any harmful code, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content;
   3. engage in fraud, payment abuse, chargebacks without cause, or misuse of promotions;
   4. infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights; or
   5. circumvent any access or security controls.

7) Products, Services, Pricing, and Promotions

1. Listings, descriptions, images, availability, prices, fees (including delivery/convenience fees), offers, and promotional vouchers are provided or controlled by Sellers unless stated otherwise. Such information is subject to change without notice.
2. Rankings or recommendations may be influenced by factors such as relevance, popularity, user behavior, availability, and/or paid promotions. Sponsored or “promoted” placements, where applicable, will be identified in-app.
3. Errors may occur; we and/or Sellers reserve the right to cancel orders affected by manifest errors or unavailability. Any amounts paid for canceled items will be refunded as per the applicable refund policy.

8) Ordering, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from the relevant Seller. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed/fulfilled. Orders may be split into multiple shipments.
2. Delivery timelines (including ETAs) are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, operational constraints, or force majeure. Delivery fees and ancillary charges (e.g., peak, rain, small-cart fees) will be shown before checkout.
3. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address or per your delivery instructions (including “leave at door”). If you choose unattended delivery, you accept associated risks (e.g., theft, spoilage).
4. Cash-on-Delivery (if offered) requires payment in full at delivery; failure to pay may result in cancellation and applicable fees.

9) Payments

1. Accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways and service providers, governed by their terms and policies.
2. You represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that details provided are correct. Rev is not responsible for payment failures due to inaccurate details, insufficient funds, system errors, expiries, or circumstances beyond our control.

10) Returns, Replacements, Cancellations, and Refunds

1. Returns/replacements/cancellations are subject to the policy displayed at checkout and the Seller’s category-specific rules (for example, perishable goods, hygiene items, and customized orders may be non-returnable).
2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or as platform credits within the timelines shown in the applicable policy, subject to bank/payment-partner processing times.

11) User Content: Reviews, Ratings, Feedback

1. You may submit content (e.g., reviews, ratings). You grant Rev a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish such content on or in connection with the Platform.
2. You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

12) Intellectual Property

1. The Platform (including all software, UI, text, graphics, logos, trademarks and compilations) is owned by or licensed to Rev and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
2. You shall not copy, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

13) Third-Party Links and Services

1. The Platform may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use at your own risk.

14) Special Categories and Compliance

1. Certain categories of goods/services may be restricted, require age/ID or prescriptions, or be unavailable in your location. If enabled, you agree to comply with all category-specific requirements displayed at checkout (including age verification and lawful delivery addresses). Sellers and delivery partners may refuse delivery where legal requirements are not met.

15) Privacy

1. Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time). Please review it carefully to understand our data practices.

16) Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The Platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rev disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
2. Product information and warranties (if any) are provided by Sellers or manufacturers. Rev does not warrant quality, suitability, safety, or legality of third-party listings or services.

17) Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.
2. To the extent permitted by law, Rev’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) INR 5,000 or (b) the amount actually paid by you to Rev (excluding amounts paid to Sellers) in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

18) Indemnity

1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rev, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) violation of law or third-party rights; or (c) misuse of the Platform.

19) Suspension and Termination

1. We may, with or without notice, suspend or terminate access to the Platform for suspected violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or to comply with legal requirements. Sections intended to survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) shall survive termination.

20) Force Majeure

1. Rev shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour unrest, internet or telecom failures, governmental actions, or pandemics/epidemics.

22) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

23) Miscellaneous

1. Communications: By using the Platform, you consent to receive transactional communications (SMS, email, push notifications, calls). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
2. Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganisation.
3. Severability and Waiver: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. No waiver shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of the same or any other term.
4. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Rev regarding the Platform.
